About the Role:

Gartner is looking for a talented Data Analyst to join its Global Strategy and Operations (GSO) team. This role sits within the Service Analytics & Productivity team, which plays a vital role in automating analytics and delivering data-driven strategies that enhance service productivity and client retention. If you’re someone who loves solving complex problems, building smart data dashboards, and making real business impact — this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop Business Intelligence Solutions: Build and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Solve Data Challenges: Take on complex problems and create innovative data solutions.
  • Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Understand business needs, define success metrics, and deliver automated insights.
  • Communicate Insights: Present data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ensure Data Quality: Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across platforms.
  • Contribute Ethically: Foster a collaborative, high-integrity team environment focused on productivity and innovation.

Key Technical Skills:

SQL, Power BI, Python, NumPy, Pandas, ETL, Databricks

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years in data analytics or a similar role.
  • SQL Expertise: Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Power BI Proficiency: Experience in creating visually impactful dashboards.
  • Python Skills: Preferred experience with Python, especially using libraries like NumPy and Pandas.
  • ETL Experience: Experience building data pipelines, preferably in Databricks.
  • Communication: Ability to translate technical content for business audiences effectively.
  • Analytical Thinking: A keen eye for detail and a passion for solving business problems using data.
